PHOTO ID and RESIDENCY VERIFICATION
A recent change in Utah law requires that EVERY voter provide valid voter identification (http://provo.org/img//Voter%20ID%20from%20Carr%20Printing%282%29.pdf) at the polling location prior to being allowed to vote.
