Updating your voter registration
Have you moved or changed your name since you registered to vote in Provo? It is important to stay current on your voter registration so that you aren’t caught off guard when the elections come around this November.
Changing your name or address is a simple process:
- Download and fill out a mail-in voter registration form here.
- Check the boxes for name or address change.
- Complete the other information on the form.
- Mail, or hand deliver, the form to the Utah County Clerk’s office:
